We were one of the 7-7-07 weddings this year which meant everything and everyone was booked early.  Two weeks prior to our wedding we had to drop our intended catering company because we still didn't have pricing amongst other disasters.

We switched gears and decided on Brown's Private Catering Service.  I was sooooooo sorry I didn't deal with them from the beginning of my planning stage. Nadia was an angel.  I didn't have a wedding coordinator so follow-up was important to me since I'm from the states.  Nadia's follow-up was great.  I literally could barely keep up with her emails.  I didn't have to ask for her to respond quickly. She just did it.  We never had to guess about anything.  Everything went sosmooth.

More importantly the food was great.  We had the chef make a homemade salad dressing because I told them I wanted a salad at the last minute and forgot to tell them what kind of dressing.  Everyone loved it.  The food was seasoned to perfection.  We met the workers and the chefs and what a great group of people.  They are genuine
and honest people that operate with integrity.  I would gladly do business with them again.
